Current Retarder Common Fault Diagnosis and Exclusion

A Common Electrical Fault:

- Cause of the malfunction:Air pressure switch damaged; braking system or exhaust gas path leakage does not shine.

- Failure phenomenon: Retarder lights work instructions correctly, use the retarder braking force when you feel small.
- Cause of the malfunction: Retarder drive line part of the circuit; retarder part of the field coil circuit.
- Malfunction exclusion: Repair drive harness; replacement retarder stator.
Note: When the retarder an electrical fault, if the vehicle is moving, inconvenience maintenance, the total turn-off power switch, the temporary closure of retarder.
B Common Mechanical Breakdown:
