The
Guru Help Line is unique to the Society and for your use
as a member. Member volunteers will field any questions
you may have in their area of expertise. This service
is a fine example of the sense of community that exists
in the Society. The help line is a free service to members
(as are all Society services). The Gurus understand that
you are not obligated to pay for advice from this service.
To
send a question to a CyberGuru you simply go to the
help line in the Members Only section of the Society
site and pick the category that most closely describes
your area of concern from an extensive list of help
topics. You then simply select a Guru for that topic
and click on the Guru's name. Your E-mail message pad
will open up. Type in your question and send it on its
way. The answer to your question will come directly
from the CyberGuru.
An
example of some of the 35 help topics covered are :
AOL, Planease, Digital Cameras, ListServers, Mapping,
Act, Excel, Power Point, MS Publisher, Ms Word, Net
Mailer, Real Estate Assistant, Top Producer --and a
wide array of categories of particular interest to real
estate professionals.
