Function and Application of Magnet Lifter

Magnetic lifter is typically powered by either an electric or pneumatic actuator. Magnetic Lifter is made of magnetic materials. PML permanent magnetic lifters have magnet as power, and its lifting power will never weaken.

The lifting of steel plates, girders and beams is greatly simplified with safe, easy to use permanent lifting magnets. Requiring no electric power and employing state of the art neodymium (rare earth) magnet elements, it's now possible to safely lift huge loads with comapct and lightweight magnets. For example, a MaxX Lifter weighing in at 6 Kgs will lift a whopping 250 Kgs and provide a 3:1 margin of safety (ie., it will break away at 750 Kgs!). The range extends from 125 kgs to 2000 Kgs with special units available for thinner material as well. Using MaxX Lifters, the dangers associated with slinging, such as finger injuries and slippage, are completely obviated.

Model PML Permanent Magnet Lifter has strong magnetic path produced by Nd-Fe-B magnetic materials. High-performance magnetic materials used to make magnetic lifters smaller, lighter forces, a powerful suction. Unique magnetic circuit design, remanence almost zero. Safety factor, the most from Latin America, and is rated lifting of 3.3 times. This means that the safety factor is 3.3 times the maximum rated load for each magnet. On and Off of the magnetic path is controlled by turning the manual handle. A switch handle security button, one-handed operation, simply move the lever to the "ON" position to engage the magnet, spring-loaded lock keeps the magnet engaged until you release it. Eliminate dangerous straps and slings, to facilitate safety.

Use lifting magnet fast and safe to move plate steel, block or round steel, and iron material in your shop. Super-powerful lifting magnet requires no electricity. It's perfect for loading or unloading most workpieces including press molds, plastic molds, machined parts.

ATTENTION:

  • Never move the lever to the "ON" position unless the magnet is placed on an iron or steel object.
  • Never lift more than the maximum rated load.
