Overview of Special Water Pump

Automatic Pump

The systems are AUTOMATIC PRESSURIZATION UNIT utilizing pumps from the SGJ, SGJC, PGJC, TCP, JET, TDP ranges. The are supplied completely with tank (or electronic swith ) , these systems provide sufficient water pressure for modern domestic appliances, ensuring sufficient water supply for all user outlets.

Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps

The pump is suitable for suction from deep wells, self-priming is achieved using an ejector, housed in the jet body, which can be installed on the pump body or more often lowered in awell and connected to the pump body by two pipes. The total delivery produced by the closed centrifugal impeller is sent only to the delivery opening. The remaining (driving) water is recirculated through the ejector, which is connected to the suction chamber where it generates the necessary vacuum to draw up water from the point where the jet body is immersed. The water from the jet body opening mixes in the diffuser with recirculating water from the pump, thus increasing its pressure at the expense of the recirculating water, and is drawn into the pump through the suction pipe.

Oil Pump

1. Structural Characteristics
Oil pump is a kind of volume style impeller pump,it consists of stator rotor, impeller,
commutator, mechanical seal,pump cover etc, the stator is column style, outside is very  smooth, the rotor is also column style, outside, outside is very smooth, the rotor has radial sheet impeller is fitted in impeller slot, pump closesin the lid cover pump housing.

2. Working Principle
The stator and rotor are bias assemble.when rotor rotating under centrifugal function the  impeller skids outside, and compress stator inside.then the stator inside, the impeller and lid compose a close working chamber.because the stator and rotor are bias assembling, in  very working chaviter during the rotor rotating with expansion and compression process.
when expansion it causes negative pressure, so it suct oil from oil inlet, when compression it causes prevent colluding pressure, so it deliver from oil outlet.between oil inlet and oil outlet, there is a close oil chamber for isolation.

3. Applications
This pump can be widely used in medium pressure circumtance, it is ompact,reliable, low  noise and big in flow.

Vacuum Pump

1. Structural Characteristics
Vacuum pump is a kind of volume style impeller pump,it consists of stator (HT200)rator (45# STEEL), impeller(backelite), pump cover (HT200)etc.Working pressure range 10132 5-60000 (Pa), it is low vacuum pump, rotation speed 960rpm,When the entrance pressure is over 80000 (Pa), the speed us 1450rpm.

2. Working Principle
This series vacuum pump can be used to pump dry gas in close vessel,it is compact and simple in constructure and reliable working.

3. Applications
This pump can be used alone and can be used with other high vacuum pump, it is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, electron, chemical industry, raising livestock etc.
